I was absolutely disgusted by my experience here. I have never been in before and just went in to ask about hair vitamins. Im a 19 year old girl and she massively mis-profiled me. I went in and and asked do you sell.. before I could finish she goes we dont sell the morning after pill I was there with my older sister and we were both speechless. All I could think was how rude of her to suspect thats why I was in there. Completely unprofessional. I then said nevermind thats not what I was going to ask but Id be going else where. She didnt seem to realise what shes just done and got on with her day. Really hope she reads this and realises how rude ,disrespectful and disgusting her actions were!

I write out of shear frustration. I have just left after the most unhelpful visit. I arrived at 12:53 and was told on entry she was closed. I had come to collect a perscription sent 35 minutes earlier Rather than check and provide my perscription there and then I was told I must come back after 2pm. For the sake of a little effort and service the proprietor would rather inconvenience others. She doesnt deserve the post she has and I will request future perscriptions sent else where.

Do not come to this place. Words cannot describe how awful this place is. I wouldnt wish my worse enemies to come here for a prescription.

Zero!!!! RUDE!!! Cowboys! Went back for my childs prescription as she only had half to last time. She screamed at me that she had sent it back to the NHS although I suspect she had been paid for it and also sold it to another customer. Very abusive to me by the end not professional in the slightest.

So busy woman everytime she talk on phone and we are wating like 30 minutes never come again no one have time to wait she didn't care about customer service.
