Worst pharmacy ever !!! Lots of prescription items not in stock and unable to order. Rude and unhelpful staff members. Use another pharmacy. A shame as it used to be good here.

Absolutely disgusting service and the most incompetent staff I've ever come across in any business my entire life. My 8 month pregnant sister walked to the pharmacy for a prescription after being told it was ready to collect, then the staff told her to come back later. She then had to walk home and walk back later. Absolutely disgusting! I dont know how any human being could treat someone like that! They have 4 staff behind the counter and they take forever to put a few tablets into a box. Its an absolute joke. You literally have to go there to belive it. The old pharmacy had just 1 guy behind the counter and he was so fast and efficient. Horrendous pharmacy, horrendous staff, avoid at all costs!

Never have your prescription ready after 3 or 4 days So rude I go somewhere different where the staff are a lot more helpful

Too many people in the area don't look after their health and as a result the staff have a tough job keeping up with the large number of prescriptions. As a result the genuine people sometimes get inconvenienced.

Im In day lewis chemist right now, how rude the staff are. I came in last fri to collect my Insulin which was owed to me from the previous wk, also a controlled drug I need for pain, waited 40mins to get to till then to be told the chemist has just gone on lunch, so can I come back in an hr, unbelievable as the chemist was there while I was in the queue but then went on her lunch, this chemist never so far have had my meds ready when they are due. Always told to come back in an hr. I'm sitting here now everyone who has got to the till already have all be told that there meds are not ready and to come back in an hr to queue all over again.
