Very accommodating and friendly staff

My household needs multiple repeat prescriptions and so trips to the pharmacy are frequent, but the waiting times at Kamsons are becoming unbearable. I work full time and have an infant so spending an hour waiting to be served (and then often having to come back because they don't have enough stock for the full prescription) is not practical on a regular basis. The staff are mostly very nice, but this place just seems to be pretty disorganised and slow. Before moving to the area, we used a smaller, busy South London pharmacy, yet we never had to wait there more than 10 minutes, and they were always on top of stock. I really miss that service. This has now become quite a stressful part of life. I switched our nominated pharmacy from Boots in the town centre because they were even worse! Please please improve efficiency because there aren't many pharmacies in the area to choose from

Picked up an inhaler with a displayed price of 2.80, only to be told at the the till that it was actually 3.29? The price should be as displayed.

Actually I went quite late when they were about to close on 12/12/2022 and the doctor sent the wrong prescription, they let me wait and doctor revised the prescription sent them again , they waited and served me as I told them this is for my daughter, they still had smile on the face , very few To find such cooperative and helpful staff these days who worked beyond duty hours, 5 stars from me!!
