Have been with Scott for a year or so now. A great trainer, keeps it simple but also great depth of knowledge which he applies over time to help you keep progressing. Plus he keeps it varied so you never get bored. Perhaps most important of all, he's a really nice bloke, so it's easy to chat (between breathing!)

I highly recommend Scott as a trainer to anyone, whatever your fitness goals! He takes his time to learn about your goals and will do tons of research for you to get you there as quickly and safely as possible. He really helped me gain confidence in the gym and with my nutrition. 12/10 would recommend to everyone.

I have trained with Scott since July of last year and have just started my third block of 32 sessions with him. Scott is an outstanding personal trainer, an extremely thoughtful individual and an all-round nice guy to boot Scott puts a lot of time and thought into planning training sessions. From day one, Scott and I hit it off. He understood my goals and has helped me to achieve them. Scott, skilfully combines exercises that he knows I enjoy with ones that he knows will benefit me in the long term.

I've been with Scott for quite a while now and think the investment is worth every penny. As per the other reviews he is very knowledgeable and very understanding of your own circumstances. Before I started training with Scott I could never get into a routine especially if it involved weight training as I used to find that tedious and uninspiring (now that has changed). Definitely recommend him as a PT if you are considering investing in your physical and mental well-being.
