        I would highly recommend Pura Vida. Out of nowhere I suddenly started suffering serve neck pain to the extent I wasn't able to sleep. Joss was able to alleviate the pain after one session and then sort the neck issue after a few more visits. Joss is very knowledgeable about his area and has a very nice manner.

        Doing a contact sport takes its toll on the body, and I pick up a lot of niggles and injuries. Ive been seeing Elsa for about a year now for treatments on my hip and upper back. After every visit, I leave feeling brand new and pain free! Her anatomical knowledge and treatments are brilliant, shes really friendly and the venue is great too. Id highly recommend Pura Vida to anyone with musculoskeletal issues.

        Joss is amazing and very knowledgeable. He takes the holistic view to treatment and spends time trying to understand the root cause of the pain. I highly recommend Joss, he is very caring and also gives great advice for maintaining a healthy back. I look forward to my follow up session.
