        Poor after sales service. Took glasses back in because they quickly became scratched. They said I hadn't been cleaning them properly! However, as I said I had, they concluded that if I hadn't had the anti-glare coating the anti-scratch would have worked better! Unreal!

        Abysmal experience. I required an emergency appointment after an event, Im a type 1 diabetic so eyes yield urgent attention and care. My appointment was cancelled as I arrived, theyd attempted to call me 2 minutes prior to my appointment. My appointment was deemed less important than an aircon repairman fixing a leak. They couldnt assist me with a later appointment same day either. I feel utterly helpless, I feel like I could lose my eyesight but at least theyd have aircon in their office. So disgusted that they treat their clients like this
