I had my eye test and a session of Blephex with Tom, and the whole experience was excellent. Pleasant staff with great attitudes, very helpful and professional.

Had a recent eye test at the Reigate store. As always, Ash conducted the test professionally and comprehensively. No prescription change, but Ash did id a possible problem with my eyes. He wrote to my GP, who has since contacted me advising of a referral to the eye dept at East Surrey hospital. Many thanks, Ash, for being so thorough (and for the drawings )

I recently visited Specsavers for an eye exam and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The optometrist who conducted my eye exam was knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood my results and any necessary next steps. The store itself was well-organized and had a great selection of frames to choose from. The staff members who helped me pick out my glasses were patient and helpful, and they helped me find a pair that I absolutely love. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an eye exam or glasses. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the selection of frames is impressive. Thank you, Specsavers, for providing such a great service!
