My Partner went to see Kelly and Naureen just after lockdown and what a different experience he had than I did at a high street chain. Its such a personal service they give and they are both very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really go above and beyond. Noreen is fantastic and does a way better examination and its very personal unlike the chain I was going to. She really listens to you and answers all your worries, so nice to have such a personal experience. Kelly is just amazing, choosing glasses is always a really hard thing to do as often what you want is not what suits you. She allows you time to try on as many frames as you like, you know whats right and wrong by Kellys expressions. You know immediately when you have the right pair as Kellys face lights up and she exclaims Yes theyre amazing you look great with a big Kelly giggle. I was so impressed watching my partners experience and treatment that I decided there and then that I was ditching the high street chain and was going to Redhill Eye Studio which I did a few weeks ago. When I called to book an appointment Kelly recognised my voice and remembered me. She even remembered my concerns about having transition lenses due to working in conservatories all day and said that well go through it all at your appointment. Amazing personal service at its best. Again amazing Naureen gave me the best examination Ive ever had and really put my mind at ease the high street chain panicked me about early onset of cataracts and she advised it was very very early stages and I wasnt to worry. Also advising me of what I can do in the future. She also pointed out how heavy my glasses where and I now realise that these glasses where totally wrong for me and were possibly a factor in my sinus problems as they were so heavy over the bridge of my nose which has had an indent on since I had my last glasses. Again amazing personal customer experience. Kelly again allowed me to try all different frames on and in true Kelly style her expressions showed me none were right for me, she went and found a selection of frames that had come in and the first pair I tried on . Yup Kellys expression said it all followed by gorgeous, gorgeous they are amazing and you look gorgeous Trying glasses on is so difficult but Kelly makes it easy. Thank you Kelly and Naureen for your amazing customer service, customer experience, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. What an awesome find Redhill Eye Studio was we will not be going back to the high street chain and best of all its a family run business.
