        I have always loved their felt, it's great for backing coasters and decorations. I recently bought their felt scrap pack to back some keyrings and bought 2 packs in case there wasn't enough or the colours I wanted. The packs were full of lovely felt and I'll now have to find a way to use the rest of the felt. Quick delivery and great service as always

        I ordered some embroidery thread and sticky solvy and I am impressed! Ordering very close to Christmas with the Royal Mail strikes I didn't think I'd receive my order but thankfully Cloud Craft upgraded my postage and I received it incredibly quickly! That's what I'd say is great customer service - I'd happily order again!
