        Bizarre set up! I contacted them for drum classes; Nicola stated there was a waiting list but to email with availability, which I did. Kyle then responded and stated he had Friday availability and we signed up for the first class. We had to sign Terms and Conditions first before the first class; these are totally focussed on protecting them leaving all liability with customers (do be careful!). Class went well, and all of a sudden, we cannot join, nor be added to the waiting list anymore. Quite disappointed with the treatment and communication.
