The Mortgage Advice Bureau (Leah) was excellent at all stages of the process. She made sure all our questions and doubts were cleared up before starting the process and made herself available throughout the 6 months from mortgage offer to completion. Being first time buyers, she ensured everything was explained clearly and made the process seem simple, communicating with our solicitors without any hassle. I would highly recommend Leah and the MAB team to anyone looking for mortgage advice and cannot fault the customer service received.

We used the MAB (Leah) to do our mortgage and buildings insurance. Leah was excellent - working really hard to ensure that our financial position with regards to a mortgage was checked in time to get our offer accepted. We were impressed with the level of diligence and speed throughout. She was always available, responds quickly, and she got us a great mortgage deal that we are really happy with.
