I bought my Efoldi 4years ago attracted by its ground breaking design. There is now more competition but despite its age, for versatility, weight, compactness and reliability the Efoldi has held its place and of course there have been several design improvements since to the original model. It has transformed my life and travels with me free of charge on flights and cruises. Whether I use it as a chair in queues, as a motorised scooter in town, for sightseeing, or simply folding it up and popping it in the boot of the car, it still attracts admiring glances and enquiries.

I have had my eFoldi MK 1.5 Scooter for nearly three years and can't think how on earth I could have survived without it. I have arthritis in my knees which makes it very difficult to walk very far, and I suffer from anemia which affects my breathing. With the eFoldi Scooter there is no need for me to apply for a disabled badge on my car, as distance to walk is no problem any longer. The great asset of having two speeds, one of 4mph when I am in shopping areas, and one at 8mph especially when I'm in a hurry to get somewhere is also a bonus. The ease of removing the battery and being able to take it in doors to charge after use again is a great advantage. To be able to place the eFoldi into the boot of the smallest car, is a wonderful idea, especially when it is all in one piece. I can't understand why I don't see any other users of this excellent Scooter, because everywhere I go I am asked constantly where I got it from, whilst commenting they have never witnessed such a brilliant Scooter.

Have bought an efoldi mobility scooter. Positives are 1only 17 kg and foldable. Making it usable with public transport planes etc Road comparable and fairly quick when in high speed mode. Front and rear lights and indicators Negatives You have to be careful when folding to ensure clips and magnets secure Brakes have to be used when stopping or getting off machine. Brakes are very fierce only working of front wheel. Getting on or off can be difficult due to cross member. It reminds me of getting off and on a gents bycycle. Although I believe they have sorted this out with new model.. Unfortunatly new machine is not Road worthy. Reverse is very poor and if like me your over 15 stone requires help reversing.
