Ervin was quick to respond, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and told me what the potential solutions were. As the boiler is very old I really appreciated his honesty with potential issues and that it might be hard to get hold of parts. He ordered the part the same day and came round as soon as possible the next morning as it currently minus 2! Luckily the ancient boiler is up and running again thanks to Ervin! Ervin has resolved a number of plumbing issues for us and I would highly recommend him. He is professional, polite and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix a problem that other plumbers were unable to do. Always punctual, tidy and with reasonable prices, I wouldnt use anyone else.

Great workmanship. Fast, honest, and efficient. We had a leaking pipe in our guest bathroom which was flooding downstairs. Desperate, with no plumber picking up the job, we found ERV Plumbing & Heating through a Google search. The 7th plumber we called. Ervin accepted the job, asked relevant questions, and turned up on time (within minutes) as he said he would. He found the issue quickly. He broke the tiles with permission and resolved the leak. He told me ahead of time that if it's solvable he'd do it quickly. He also told me the worse scenarios and resolutions of those but thankfully it wasn't one of those. He walked me through his investigative steps as he worked to a resolution. My wife and I were so impressed. I'll now call ERV going forward as our usual plumber let us down. And to be honest, I think Ervin is a much better plumber the way he diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. Phew! John
