I Was served by Scott at Reigate. I believe he was new to the role yet you would never have known.. Enthusiastic, but not pushy, Scott was thorough and gave me all the information relative to my purchase. I will visit Richer sounds soon for my next TV purchase largely on the back of Scott's great Customer Interaction..

I visited the Reigate shop last week to buy a new turntable. Ian gave me loads of great advice especially about upgrading my speaker cables and positioning the speakers. The turntable arrived today. V easy to assemble having been shown in the shop. It sounds like I have a completely new hi fi system even though my amplifier and speakers are twenty years old! I am now returning to my 40 year old vinyl collection as well as my CDs with excitement. I would recommend anyone to go to this shop rather than buy on line. I was in the shop for an hour and a half.learnt a lot! Thanks Ian for your fantastic advice.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel that you are not as stupid as you think you are

Although I did not intend to buy anything on this visit and I made that clear when I visited, the staff were both helpful and polite, offering me what I believe to be honest advice.
