Reigate Clinical Massage

My doctor said my sciatica should only last for 4-6 weeks but I'd been suffering badly for months. I can't take ibuprofen and was getting little relief from paracetamol and pain relief gel. The pain kept me awake and woke me up. Since seeing Kate Gollow my pain has eased so I'm sleeping better, I have more mobility and am feeling like myself again. Kate explains things to me so I understand how to help myself in between visits and the exercises really help. I thought I'd be in pain forever so it is such a relief to get proper help and to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I had a lovely pregnancy massage with Kate last week. She is knowledgable and thorough. It was relaxing and she really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. I will definitely book another treatment in the future!

Kate is incredibly knowledgeable and effective as well as being just lovely She has treated my scoliosis-related back pain for the last 9 months or so, with life changing effects. When I first went to see her I could hardly stand up straight, now a monthly maintenance session is all I need Highly recommend her services; go, you wont regret it

Kate is super knowledgeable and has a wonderful blend of therapeutic and sports massage whilst still getting out those knots and tensions. It can be really hard to find someone you connect with, who listens and understands your needs. Kates approach is perfect and I cant recommend her enough.
