        Would recommend to anyone looking to learn self defence. Also helps improve confidence, discipline and fitness within themselves or their children Awesome Instructor (Sifu Charlie) who has taught me since i was a kid to now being 21. Nothing but good things to say. Wouldnt be where I am now with my Kung Fu journey without him. Highly recommend
