For the attention of the complaints department I am writing to you in regards to the company detailed below who recently scammed myself and my partner out of money, claiming that they were going to provide us with a loan within 15 minutes of us agreeing to pay them 110 admin fee. We were under the impression that they were a legitimate company as they provided us with their details and we had also read their reviews on various sites. We provided them with our bank details and transferred the funds into their account with the assurance from their agent that the loan would be in our account within 15 minutes. Once they had received the funds the agent then informed us that we had to now pay an additional 149 to a credit checking company to clear our bad credit assumedly. We were unable to cancel the transaction as it was a bank transfer and had already left our account. We then had to ring our bank and explain to them what had happened and try and get the funds reimbursed. The bank were very understanding and said they would refund the money as a good Will gesture but informed us that they would not be able to do it again I think this firm are very devious and victimise venerable people who are on a low income and/or short of funds and should be allowed to practice or say that they are a legitimate company. We now to wait for our funds to be reimbursed next week and are very distressed and upset at that fact that this has happened and the company are trying to blame us the consumers for our own misfortune I would like some sort of response from yourselves and the complaint being placed on the FCA and companies house website Sent from my iPhone
