The outcome was delivered and the advice was always professional and sound. However the overall client experience was disappointing. It took far longer than expected at a cost higher than initially estimated with limited transparency behind the revisions. However, I was most disappointed by the nature of the relationship and communication. It felt very transactional and it felt that the Firm have a process and a way of working that works for them. Unfortunately this meant that I was expected to confirm to their approach without any real recognition of my needs as a client.

Morr & Co Solicitors have recently dealt with our house move. They had been recommended to us via friend following an excellent experience they too had had. We dealt mainly with Suzanne Porteous and right from the outset she was so helpful. You hear of so many horror stories when it comes to moving house and solicitors but our story couldn't be further away from that experience! Excellent team of people, knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, professional and efficient. We've felt very confident in them throughout the process and have now used them for our Will writing service. I would highly recommend.
