Understaffed and overworked? Had a really positive start with my solicitors when it came to selling my property, however, as time went by and with two sales that fell through for various reasons, the communication from my solicitors to me started to deteriorate. Whenever I rang it usually went straight to voicemail and I had to keep chasing for updates. Finally sold my property and exchanged a few weeks ago, but had to keep chasing to find out when the funds would come through and for a completion statement (which I still haven't received) it turns out that they had overpaid my mortgage company without informing me as well so had to find out what happened myself. It came across that my solicitor had too much on as I would often receive emails late in the evening. Not a very enjoyable experience during what is already a stressful time.

Absolutely shocking experience with these people , was recommended by our estate agent even they were not happy with the way they handled things , never returned emails or Phone calls what they seem to forget Is that Im the customer and paying them for a service atrocious customer service, avoid !
