Incredibly rude receptionist when calling to enquire about making an appointment to discuss probate following my father passing away. Was insensitive and abrupt to my mother and we absolutely will not be using this company.

I recently instructed Demelza Patricio of TWM Solicitors for the purpose of sorting financial arrangements with my ex partner of many years.
