HORRIBLE COMPANY. The people in this insurance company are absolutely useless. Ok so, first of all, I'm from Ukraine, I am currently displaced due to the situation in the country and, these people in IMG are making my life even harder. I got my policy, back in January before the conflict started, for one year. The summary of my whole terrible experience with this company, after going back and forth the last 2 months is that, So, the banking system in Ukraine is just not working, but I did have a Russian bank account inside Russia, yeah? Because of the sanctions, IMG said they can't wire money to Russia or ukraine. Ok........ So, I had to try really hard and get a EU bank account. OK done. I sent them the details, and it's been one month and, they just can't review my claims and close them. I've wrote them several emails and, they just don't care. In a period of 4 months they've done absolutely nothing for me. What am I paying for 2000 dollars per year? Here's the funny thing. I've got 3 outpatient claims for myself, and maybe they owe me 200 euros. and... they don't have the decency to at least review my claims, or to even settle them. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this company, NOT REALIABLE AT ALL. Imagine, if they can't settle a claim for 200 euros, what can you expect when someone needs surgery or has an accident? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE>

IMG Europe is the worst health insurance I ever had. In 7 years of membership I had 4 claims. Not one of them they payed in full. 2 they didn't pay at all, and of the other 2 they only payed a fraction. They always, as a standard, refuse payment at first, and then maybe pay a very small amount, if they can't wiggle themselves out of not paying at all. They have the most ridicolous small print, so be very aware! For example, I had an accident, and was transported to the emergency room. (covered in full by my plan) I claimed for it, and they refused to pay full, said I would have to contact them first, to get their approval. So in other words, when you are almost dying, stop the ambulance, call IMG -if you get somebody to answer the phone that is- and ask if they will cover ...unbelievable, but true!! Then I sent in the bill from the ambulance, the day I received it. IMG again refused to pay, reason: not submitted in time. Again, difficult to believe, but true. Of course I termitated my membership now, because it's no point. It's like having no insurance at all, as you will have to pay all, or at least most part of your bills yourself! Better save the money you would pay for your membership, you will need it, as you will have to pay most bills out of your own pocket.

Worst insurance company ever. Too many issues and all you will get is copy/past answers for them. Tried both email and live chat help when I needed more information. I guess it was convenient for them to just deny my legitimate claim and didn't even bother to respond. Just stay away from them, go somewhere else.
