    Customer service is terribly slow. Website lacks basic functionality. Had to use an online chat to disable auto renew. Took 20 minutes to connect to a human who then told me my policy had renewed 3 days prior (even though my policy didn't renew for another month). Eventually resolved but far too painful for something so simple

    Dodgy company with bad and dishonest people Your client crashed into my car and you guys are voiding my phone calls and email. My car is still damage on my driveway and I am out of work for 2 weeks. I will contact the police and report as hit and run and you guys will be liable for all the costs anyway. My wife is seven months pregnant and I have no income at all. Call me imediatelly to sort the problem otherwise legal action will be taken today

    ive complained offically regarding how my claim has been handled accident 21st jan 2022 not recieved any phone calls from yourselfs no emails no settlement till 24th feb i have phoned emailed in many occasions probably 12 hrs of my time i want this investigated phone call email im complaining on all platforms,reviews 1st march now no settlement. without a car no phone call no email i will keep alll if my comunications or lack of for the FCA to have a look at FROM THIS REVIEW STILL NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TO SORT THIS OUT 7TH MARCH 2023 ACCIDENT 21ST JANUARY Sent from the all-new AOL app for Android Sent from the all-new AOL app for Android
