Worst company and dishonest engineers doing dodgy things. Home emergency issue not resolved and causing financial losses plus hotbwater scolding 84 and 89 year old!!!! Would give ZERO stars If possible

Spoke to someone named Mike for TUI travel Insurance, who told me he was in the Crawley centre today at 17 April 12:04. Call went over 45 minutes, he seems lazy & disinterested, I asked to a speak to a manager, her name I believe was Impu. She said she would raise a complaint but hung up on me & never called back, so disappointed with AXA travel insurance, long story short I booked elsewhere & saved 50 pounds. Very annoyed will feed this back to TUI also as they use AXA for travel Insurance.

Still waiting for a phone call can't get through on the phone waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes but no one would answer just can't u understand why

Cancelled my car hire insurance two weeks before it started. Not had a refund and finding it very hard to find a contact number to call them. Definitely wont use again.
