If I could give them a 0 I would. No communication to customers whatsoever and they have had my car for nearly 8 weeks with no word and no help. Terrible company

Having an accident is a stressful time but I thought I wouldnt need to worry as working for the NHS they would have the right support in place to ensure I was well looked after. How wrong was I! I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such an incompetent company, they never answer the phone, your emails or any form of communication for that matter, the service is absolutely terrible. Doubt Ill ever get my car back and if I do Im sure that it wont be anything like it was. Shame Google doesnt let you give zero stars. Why on earth do the NHS use this company?!

Very slow to approve very simple work, where fault was admitted. Dont answer the phone. I am forced to use, dont use unless you have to

Very poor service and support. Incident raised in November still not resolved. If you have a choice of Insurance Broker to go to I would strongly recmmend avoiding.

I wish I could give 0. I have found they are the most deceitful insurance company I have ever witnessed. They have deliberately made life so difficult for NHS workers who rely on their car. I have already provided feedback to them and to NHS Fleet and really hope that NHS fleet procure a better insurance provider in the future.
