        Low quality cleaning service as well as extremely bad customer service. Hired Merry Maids for a Deep clean service (5hours x 2 cleaners quoted on a hourly basis). The team only stayed on site for 4-4.5hrs and I was told that they had completed the job in this time. On inspection many of the basic things I would expect from a standard clean were not done -definitely not a deep clean service. When I complained the customer service was extremely poor, they offered no reduction in fee based on the photo evidence of rooms only being half cleaned and basics such as vacuuming under tables not being done. This ended with me being threatened to have payment passed over to a debt agency. Would not recommend using this Merry Maid service if you have another option in your area. Service: Deep clean
