When I first read the other reviews I was a bit scared because I was supposed to be staying at the hotel for a whole week, but it's not as bad as they say.

The rooms are rather small but cozy, the sheets were clean and the bed was very comfy.
The location is near the Train station so there can be some noise when the windows are open, but it didn't bother me at all with the windows closed.
The hotel is close to restaurants, stores, you can walk anywhere.
Oh and there was no smell, I read that some people were complaining about it.

The rooms were looking kind of tired and there were just not clean enough, they have been cleaned but not well enough.
The Wi-Fi was available only for half and hour a day, we had to pay to get extra Wi-Fi.
There was no toilet brush lol.
The soap dispenser was not working.

Safety: Redhill seemed full of druggies, seemed very intimidating. First time Ive seen a champagne bucket used for white cider.
