I'm really enjoying my time working with the team at Shrewsbury Court Independent Hospital. We're achieving some fantastic results in mental health patient care. There are some amazing people on board here that genuinely care about our patients wellbeing and their recovery.

VERY POOR service when it comes to a patient having an Amazon parcel delivered. As Amason is next day delivery, this is to no avail as when the parcel comes on time the staff here delay handing it to the patient on time so it is sent to the ward sometimes 10 minutes late or it could be sent to the ward an hour or two late and whats worse is it could also be sent 72 hours late at times. Reception staff refuse to pass it on to the patient and so they lock parcels away and ignore for days and take no proper responsibility and is hard for other staff to find. This placement has no organised reception and service therefore lacks Unlike St. Andrews Healthcare, Essex where the receptionist who is very organised gets parcels to the patients when delivered. It's all about - YOU MUST LISTEN TO PEOPLE and DO THINGS THE CORREDCT WAY, it's a MUST DO! ...and I mean business ~ professionally :-)
