What a fantastic experience! The loveliest ladies looking after you, everything you need for a comfortable dive catered for and attention to detail when being talking through everything in easy to understand detail. I felt like the fog from my brain had lifted and my ability to think clearly with focus after just a 30min session was incredible. Id highly recommend this therapy and this lovely company.

I went to Colin, Jennie and Lynsey for hyperbaric treatment to support my Long Covid recovery and it has been the biggest and most lasting change I have experienced - something I would highly recommend given the clear health benefits. I have not had a single fatigue crash since, many other symptoms have improved or gone, and whilst I continue to listen in to my body, I have now been able to embrace living so much more, doing things I had started to lose hope of ever doing again. Colin, Jennie and Lynsey are so kind and considered around unique needs, with a huge focus on ensuring health and safety, strong knowledge of what they are doing, and truly invested in your wellbeing and a positive experience of the process. The chamber is not at all claustrophobic, they are always on hand, and they spent extensive time getting things right for me due to issues I have with ear pain and changing pressure (so dont worry if youre one of those people who get very bad pain on flights, they will have strategies to support you). Cannot recommend Hyperbaric Health and Healing enough.

I started HBOT for long covid treatment, I first spoke to Colin on the phone and went over the details and arranged my first session. Very quick at getting me inn and very accommodating. I was a bit nervous but didn't need to be, nothing is any trouble. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have seen a big improvement in my long covid from doing the treatment and highly recommend Hyperbaric Health and Healing.
