Such a friendly and fun place to get fit. Lots of interaction with the coaches, lots of classes and individual advice if required. I always feel better and more positive after a session.

I love working as a coach at Go, it doesnt feel like work. all staff feel happy about being there and are so passionate about what we do. I love helping members achieve their goals in a friendly non judgemental happy place to workout.

Ver friendly ladies only gym. As someone who was completely new to the gym I was really supported to exercise safely and effectively. The coaches are knowledgeable and great at keeping us interested and motivated. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

At 67 retired for 7 years and 5 years on from lung cancer I needed to keep my health strong and my body and hence Ive been back here since COVID (excuse my language thats a bad word) I try to come every morning 0730 Mon to Fri and I thoroughly enjoy myself having a laugh with other members as well as the staff No only is this good for your physical strength its great for mental health too and I for one am really benefiting from being a member The facilities on the circuit are great and manageable and there are loads of extras too and separate classes So ladies if you want a gym where you dont have to be concerned about anything while youre here its just a big family which you cant help but become a part of
