Interview with Ashley Terence, Advertises Junior Forex Trader job as 18 - 30k per annum (description briefly says self employed role). No contact request sent on Skype prior. Suddenly calls at time which is fine. Rushes to end interview within 30 seconds of start. While my skype video was on, advises I don't need to have my video on as he doesn't have video set up on his side. explains Self employed role and advises 2k funding from applicant for training and talks about millions but requires 2k funding from applicants (2k funding from job seekers is not ideal & A rip off I think) for training (gives brief details only when I asked more questions, 4 weeks training, supervision from CEO) I am using the same allocated time for interview to write this review instead of having decent interview.. certain things need to change in approach.. probably need to learn patience to handle interviews... applicants also allocate time for interviews & are also busy. Example, staying home for interview or having a break or off from existing work in order to attend the interview. need to show the respect which applicants deserve.. it felt like judging the applicants by how much they can fund for training.. or have 2k required for training in job description.
