-5 stars . These guys have changed their name so many times and yet I get a negative tick on my credit report. They bought a non-existent debt from HSBC which was agreed with HSBC that is was a clerical error on their system HSBC assured me that they would correct it on their side. However it has clearly not been rectified and the first I find out about it is on my credit file when I go to get a business loan - I DO NOT owe anybody any money so hence I have never needed to borrow. What an insane system we have, guilty until proven innocent. See you next Tuesday

When this company comes after you don't panic. Send them a request under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 section 77-79 which they must send you an original copy of your excuted agreement for 1 within 12+2 days. Don't sign the letter,as some debt companies have been known to copy signature onto an agreement. If they fail to supply this information they cant take you to court. Defence and reply under CPR 15.10 if the claimant fails to respond under this rule within 28 days after service of court notice on him the claim shall be stayed. The stay can be lifted, but they'll have to go to court, and pay a listing fee of 255. If the debt is over six years old, then under the Limitations Act 1980 the debt will be statue barred. Any credit card debt pre 2007 even with copy of agreement is unenforceable because the agreement failed to have the APR,and terms of conditions near the signature. I'm suing them for breaking the Data Protection Act 1998,and Lloyds Bank who sold them a debt they claim I owe claim No: B8QZ8E6J. Don't let these bullies scare you,as this is what they want to do. I study law as a hobby, and both these scum bags claim I owed them money, but they can't sue because they don't have the agreement. Anyone needing any help contact me on twitter xxmarc21xx. They wanted over 12,000 in legal costs tried to get my claim thrown out,but lost. I won first round, but wasn't awarded my legal costs. They buy debts from people struggling, but are happy to dissolve lots of LTD companies they run. They've assets of over 52,000,000. I've given up my legal action against them,as the company doesn't exist anymore. But I'll fight against these Scum Bags for the rest of my life. Next time I sue you will be under a LTD Company, and if I lose I'll dissolve the company like you do. Very crafty, and can't be trusted. Got to be careful what I say. Now called Intrum UK Finance LTD. The law needs changing how people can run LTD companies, then run up huge debts, then shut down the company. Next day got a new LTD company running, and all the people they owe money won't get a penny back.
