Twice now I have done table service and its poor. Last week waited 20 minutes for my order and had to ask it finally came and it was cold so asked to have a new one. They said they were looking for us but we were they upstairs for 20 minutes.
Today it happened again 10 minutes but my support staff went downstairs and asked for the order and it was sitting on the counter and my staff brought it to me. AGAIN it was cold
Staff needs to smile a bit more
