As requested by my gpI've tried three times to get an appointment to see them and each time I've been told there are no spaces phone again tomorrow, it's disgusting, you could die before you get seen.

Would not recommend, staff are rude, dishonest, refuse DSAR and hang up on you.

Since moving to the Moathouse in 2020 I have been very impressed with their service, particularly for children. The triage service is great to speak to a doctor within an hour of calling reception and have always been able to get a face to face appointment for my kids within an hour so of calling. Great service!

The ability to interact via email or text message is simply dreadful. I received a peremptory message from the surgery today to submit my blood pressure reading without context or the ability to ask a question or reply.
