Second time was ok. Nice lady on the phone, emergency app for child . Hours in waiting room, but I can't blame them for this.Male doctor was extremely nice and very competent.
Third. Just know. 27 minutes on the phone waiting in queue and then ... We are sorry, we re unable to take your phonecall this time. Please try again later. Break time starts half an hour earlier it seems! Sure I LL tell my baby to stop have a 40C fever for 3 hours. Had to go to East Surrey for emergency department, and first question was Why you didn't contact your GP?
I know NHS is overloaded with patients, but other surgeries are able to manage somehow, but not this one.
I wanna go back to my old one GP surgery, never had those kind of problems in 10 years! How can I do this?!?
