        I rang in desperation for help and I was given a series of questions immediately by a lady who was blatantly following a script about whether or not I have had the C***d J@b, and then she tried to ask me questions in an intimidating manner as to why I didn't want the j@b. What on earth has this got to do regard to getting help for a dependency issue I don't know. Utterly disgusting, and these people cannot see that they themselves are the problem. Do one.
