Staff are very friendly and helpful but appointments are regularly cancelled by the practice and rescheduled. In summer 2022 the practice cancelled and rescheduled my appointment four times before I eventually got to see a dentist. Earlier this year my appointment wasnt actually cancelled but I waited for an hour in reception without being seen - indeed a patient with a later appointment time was shown into see the dentist I was due to be seeing, while I was still waiting. I ended up with a new appointment for several weeks later with a different dentist. Most recently the hygienist appointment that I only booked a few months ago was cancelled and rescheduled.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for over 40 years, I have seen many changes, one thing I have noticed is the professionalism of the receptionist i.e young Sam, when I called and told her of my problem she was very professional and very polite, and put me at ease so well done, and when I did see Sam I told her how grateful I was for help, and I'm not going to leave out Tracy who was just as good and helpful at the end of my treatment and have been me as well thank you very much,

Top quality dentists very friendly and kind receptionist welcomed with a smile also very helpful and service from dentist A. Shah was out of this world he went out of his way to keep me relaxed though the process of getting my teeth fixed and gave me really good advice on how to look after my teeth I will be coming back here time and time again cant recommend this dental surgery enough thankyou
