Customer service is appalling, Ill never unsure with them again. They never call you back. You do all the work yourself. Shocking how bad they actually are. Never again.

Absolute rip off merchants! They have no customer service to speak of after an average wait time of 40 minutes to speak to anyone and then they use every trick in the book to not pay what's due to you and to charge you extra, for example; 1. It takes months to be paid out for a claim for a stolen specified item and they ask esure on their behalf to bargain down the price by offering to only pay for cheaper alternatives when the policy should be replacement new for old! 2. They do not advise you need to call back when replacement purchased to reinsure it so even though specified item premium paid for full year, your new item isn't covered!! 3. If you add new item replacement details after another 40 minute phonecall out of courtesy given noone in claims team advises you to do so, you then get quoted extra for adding it plus an admin fee, even if replacement is cheaper than the original item being paid for already on policy for the rest fo the term!!! This is despite already having paid extra for the specified item and thr excess when making the claim, thereby penalising you twice for having an item stolen!!! 4. They don't reply to a claim made in writing you have to wait months in the dark and then get into a queue again to be told it's been rejected months ago by claims dept!!!! 5. Their policy premium went up 25% in a year when no claims had been made for full 8 years beforehand. Never again will I use this insurer...
