Rear Extension, Garage Conversion and Internal Remodelling. JCG have transformed our three bedroom town house into a four bedroom house with a stunning ground floor living area. We found Dan at JCG when our confidence in the building industry was at an all time low. We had paid a substantial deposit to another contractor who went out of business prior to starting any work. I explained the situation to Dan at JCG, who put my mind at ease to trust JCG. Dan lowered his usual deposit requirement and drafted a JCT building contract for us. We had no option but to live in the property while the work was carried out. Dan was very conscious to ensure there was minimal disruption to our lives never leaving us without kitchen, heating and hot water facilities. Dans communication and attention to detail was great throughout the project. All aspects of the construction were completed to a high standard with no corners cut. Dan was also happy to carry out additional work outside the scope of the quote. Dans team at JCG were a pleasure to have in our home and were very polite and courteous. I would certainly use JCG again for any future building projects and would recommend JCG to anybody thinking about undertaking a construction project of their own. We are absolutely thrilled with Dan and the team at Jordan Construction. We have used them three times on a rear and side extension in Bromley, internal refurbishment on a flat in Caterham and now for a twin storey extension on our family home in Betchworth, just outside Reigate. We can't think of any reason why we would use anybody else now we have found them, it is just so refreshing to work with builders who we can trust. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We hired JCG last year to complete a side return extension and internal renovation on one of our portfolio properties in Nutfield. Despite all of the commotion with Covid, the project started on time, stayed on time and finished just two days over despite there being a national shortage of plaster, the tiles we wanted, delivery delays on light fittings to name a few. How they managed to source what we couldn't is still a mystery, all I can say is thank you to Dan and the team, you know how important it was for me to get that place back on the market having sat idle for so long and it was snapped up in a heartbeat by some very happy tenants. If we have any further projects in Surrey you will be my first port of call.
