Dazzle Cleaning Services Limited

I was not happy with the cleaning service at all. Be careful when considering company as you will be tied into contract for 12 months with a very long winded solution for problems caused. Dazzle's contract is very much in favour of the company and not for you as a client - there are many clauses, so make sure you read everything properly before signing. I am very lucky I asked for a 2 wk trial period to be added to clause as once trial was over, I was told my 12 month contract had already started (a very sly move)......thankfully I was "within" the 2 wks period and they had to accept that they had got the dates wrong, so they could not tie me into their contract after all. The cleaning products that were purchased by us via Dazzle, were all the same with no variation for kitchen/toilets and office (one product does all apparently)! I mentioned this and was provided budget products but charged 25+VAT once invoice came through. I have emailed Simon multiple times regarding the location of our products left by cleaner (as we cannot find them anywhere)......I am still waiting. We were also charged 15+VAT (30) for picking up our keys and then dropping them back to us - absolutely ridiculous!!
