Purchased a house 11 months ago where the team did a full survey on a property built late 1800's. Marian did the initial survey and highlighted some key items for immediate works, Marian also gave advice on costs of remedy. 11 months later Paul popped by after I raised some concerns once I'd completed most of the work. Paul was super knowledgeable and had clearly re-read Marians survey before being on site. The home visit and follow up conversation re my remedial works didn't also come at a cost which in this day and age is unheard of. I would 100% thoroughly recommend this company for anyone in need of a detailed survey

Came and investigated our property upon request and succinctly outlined issues and what was causing them. Friendly, professional and very thorough. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others.

We commissioned Fairclough & Dyer to help us resolve cracks that we had in the house brickwork and replace the whole roof. They did an outstanding job in managing the commissioning process, appointing outstanding contractors and in supervising the work. We cannot speak too highly of their contribution. Even our neighbours have admired the new roof!

This is a real gem of a company offering a professional and knowledgeable team with superb customer service. I needed help in identifying the causes of damp affecting our property along with advice around remedies. The defect inspection was thorough and supported by a clear, comprehensive and informative survey report. This will be invaluable for next steps of arranging for remedial work and maintenance to be carried out. Above all, Fairclough & Dyer listened when I talked to them about my concerns over the defects in our house and have inspired confidence through the quality of their response. Brilliant!
