        Absolute joke of a company. Will not let me change my bank details because Ive changed it once in the last year- customer service is abysmal. How these people have jobs is beyond me. Disgusting company.

        Absolutely awful company. Not only do they not respond to emails but when on the phone , they are extremely rude and distasteful. Asking for help to then be patronised is not on , anyone would think where are the decent humans in the customer service department. You are the face of the company , zero stars are needed.

        Terrible service from this company. When you call they just pass you from pillar to post. Very, very slow to reply to your queries. No e-mail address to write to. On the website there is a link to contact customer services that does not work. Why put something on the site if it is not available. Would never, ever use these people again for car finance. Would sooner walk away mfrom the deal.
