Bought a car that was financed by this company. For several reasons I returned the car within a week of receiving it. Had confirmation they had cancelled the finance. A month later I was receiving letters every other day stating I am late on payments. Made many calls to the dealer and the finance company. Dealers checked and confirmed they had returned the finance payment well within the time limit to cancel. The finance company operators were very nice and helpful and seemingly tried all they could to get the issue resolved, the issue is with their systems/higher up workers. Somewhere in the chain of events to cancel the finance, someone didn't do their job and left the policy in place. In the end a senior manager at the dealers had to contact the finance company and resolve the issue. It was a major headache and stress inducing saga.

If possible to give 0 I would. Just useless customer service a waste of time speaking to them. It's absolutely not the individuals fault, it is the company as a whole, either provide proper training or don't run a business.

Never use this company to finance a car! They cant even get your registration number correct. They then take money from your bank for TfL fines when our car has never even been near London and thats a month after we highlighted their mistake and said we wouldnt be charged!

This company are a bunch of money grabbing people. If you are unfortunate to get a parking ticket etc, they pay it, do not allow you to contest it and charge you an extortionate admin fee for this privilege. Bunch of cowboys.
