Greenway Associates

It is now almost 12 months since my extension was finished and I have to say that each day brings its own pleasures from now living with it !! When friends visit the compliments on the work completed are fulsome ! I chose Greenway Associates (after work thru a substantial list of potential architects) to convert my ideas into a design and they achieved it and more !! Excellent communication and co working all the way thru. They even were able to recommend my eventual choice for a builder and they too offered the same 5 star standards. Excellent from beginning to the end of the project.

We needed an architect that could quickly step in to deal with the unforeseen problem that our initial architect had presented due to Covid. Greenway Associates were recommended to me. We are so pleased with their diligence and attention to the work needed,. They immediately took the pressure off in dealing with planning permission, building control and our contractor. Working with Wayne is efficient and a pleasure. When I started to plan things and draw rough diagrams myself, I could not reconcile the roofline and how it would join the existing building. I chose Wayne largely on the basis of an unfussy website, an interesting bio and a positive conversation. He very quickly came up with a solution, and produced a set of "Architect's impressions" showing what the finished building would look like in the context of its surroundings. He is now supervising the project, recommending structural engineer and builders, which takes the load off me. Highly recommend.

We found Greenway Associates through the Houzz platform when requesting an architect. It turned out that the principal/owner Wayne lives locally and knows our type of property well. From the start he demonstrated his knowledge and expertly guided us through a series of designs to a solution that was better than several we had been anticipating. We ask a lot of questions and want to get things right, so his patience was exactly what we needed. He then put us in touch with three builders he's worked with in the past, and having received quotes from each of them plus one other, we went with one of his. We're two weeks into the build and we're very pleased with that team so far.

We appointed Greenway Associates for the design of a kitchen extension. Wayne was prompt and professional in arranging appointments and visits. As the pandemic hit the team adapted and progressed the planning. The planning process was smooth and we were only waiting for the local authority. Wayne was always working with interests and following the application on a regular basis. Wayne has supported massively throughout the process and have saved us a significant amount of time.
