        I contacted Jim after a Redhill relatives Belling electric cooker stopped working completely. He visited and soon identified the problem, ordered the part, and two days later it was fitted, problem solved at very reasonable cost. Polite, knowledgeable and punctual, we would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

        Very disappointing. Jim attended to look at my faulty oven. He told us that he's going to get the part online and contact us within 24 hours with an update. After multiple attempts to contact Jim I decided to look online reviews and found that he vanishes on customers frequently. Complete waste of time.
