Acorn Court Care Home

I left four separate telephone messages over the course of a week enquiring about care at Acorn Court for an elderly relative and each time was told the manager would phone me back. I also tried e-mail and live chat to no avail. Five weeks later, when I had already settled my relative in another home, they finally returned my call. Have since spoken to two other people who had the same experience as me when phoning Acorn Court. Whenever I rang I was told only the manager knew if there were vacancies or how much it cost. All seems very chaotic and disorganised. Edited to include reply to response: I tried phoning you four times in total, e-mailed twice, tried live chat and turned up in person. Each time I got nowhere. I am sure you will understand that I will not be phoning you again to discuss the fact you did not respond to any of my queries.

Even though my mother was with Acorn Court for only two weeks, the care and compassion she and my family were shown during a difficult time was exceptional. I cannot fault this home - highly recommended.
