Brilliant service and end result, was considering three different agents before choosing to go ahead with Sporting Elite and we're happy we did. Rob was always available to talk whenever me or my daughter had any questions and gave us some great, honest advice during the search and decision stages of our recruiting. Can't thank him enough for helping my daughters dream become reality.

I can't thank Sporting Elite enough for helping my daughter get a full scholarship to an NCAA DI university! When we started looking at this option as a family we really had no idea where to start or what to look for in a university as I only understood the UK system. Rob was so hopeful and very clear in explaining how the process would work, if ever I had any questions I could just pick up the phone and call him and if he wasn't free he'd call me back straight away. Thanks Sporting Elite, we'll definitely be using you again with our son in a couple of years!

I would like to share my experience with this company in the hope that it will prevent other hopeful student athletes and their families from wasting their money. Rob Thomas was very attentive and helpful prior to signing a contract and parting with 1995 for their 'All American Package', unfortunately that's where the positive experience ended. Communication all but ceased unless we chased him. My main reason for choosing the most expensive package was that we needed help with the video/highlights reel, I made this very clear before signing. Video clips were sent over a 4 month period, my daughter spending hours going through match footage and clipping as Rob has no knowledge of her sport. After much chasing we were sent an extremely amateurish clip containing footage from 2 matches, he claimed he hadn't received any other footage, but never thought to contact us and query why he hadn't received more. When we did eventually get a highlights reel through, my daughter burst into tears, it was of such poor quality, I had to pay someone else to go through and re edit. The video was eventually sent out to coaches 6 months after signing, I had been assured that he had relationships with coaches and it wasn't just a blanket email to all D1 schools, which was actually what happened. She did get interest, but the final straw was when she had to go into her first video interview with absolutely no guidance or support from Sporting Elite USA. At that point I decided to cut my losses and move to another agent, which with hindsight I should have done much sooner. The experience with the NEW agent could not be more different, all the stress and pressure has been taken out of the process, she actually plays the sport my daughter is applying for, has a good relationship with the U.S. college coaches, she knows the type of player they're looking for and importantly who still has spaces. She speaks to her before every video interview, calls to see how it went and gives her the coach's feedback afterwards. Out of the 15 items our fee of 1995 was supposed to cover the only things that Rob provided were a GPA score, which I'd already calculated myself and a 3rd rate video, the link to which was emailed to all D1 coaches. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Sporting Elite USA, from my experience Rob Thomas is only in it for the money and doesn't care about the young people he is supposed to be helping. There are much better companies out there, so please do your research before parting with your money.
