        One of my most favourite feelings in the world is doing a class here, coming out feeling refreshed, energetic and relaxed. Nothing compares! The place where I feel truly safe and calm I literally feel the stress leave my body. I love the whole process and the variation that comes with each class. The heat, the movement and the knowledge is wonderful and I cannot recommend it enough!

        Hotpod yoga has been such a game changer for me in finding some real 'me-time'. All of the instructors are amazingly welcoming and you never feel like a newbie (even if you are, like I was). The whole experience is amazing and you leave feeling completely relaxed, even after having a fairly intense workout. It is completely addictive and like nothing else out there! Would definitely recommend!
