I Bought garden leaf blower in July item listed as new and lasted just 20 mins on trying to use it for the first time today. I contacted The manufacturer who havestated the item should only be sold by B&Q otherwise the item is likely to be faulty , returned or 2nd hand and hence they wont validate the warranty. As yet I have been unable to contact iForce market zone after numerous attempts

Same experience as others. Dont buy anything from this company. They sell you seconds with missing parts which means the entire thing is rendered useless. They then keep referring to their "30 day policy" yet claim item has 12 month warranty. Its a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I purchased an item last Friday from i force but after opening and finding that there was something l couldn't use, decided to return on the 30 day return guarantee. From day 1 up until now l cannot get in touch with i force to gather info to send back, tried phoning but only a automated answer call and when l press the relevent department, you cannot leave a message because his answering machine is full. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a suction??
