        Moons Moat is a historical and Archeological site, formerly the site of a fortified manor house only the small island and the defensive moat remain. There is no museum or the like around the site, just residential housing. However the field and small wooded area is great for playing with the family dog if you live in the Church Hill area of Redditch.

        As I live near it in Church Hill South I walk past it fairly regularly and I go down there to get some me time too as its a lovely peaceful area, you wouldn't think you are surrounded by a huge housing estate as its really quiet there. Last year I was lucky to get a video of the sunset and falling snow last winter, I love it myself one of my favourite green spaces in Redditch.
