        Unfortunately, I expected better service from a franchised dealership. No response to my repeated enquiries about a used vehicle even after contacting the dealer principle. At least have the courtesy to get back to your customers. Poor. Edit: Since then, sorted out the issue I had both swiftly and with the utmost professionalism.
